    Please can someone advise Cabot financial are the claimant against myself I requested the correct paperwork from them cca request and a statement of account which they do not have so now the claim has been referred to the small claims court I have filled in a directions questionnaire which they said could go to mediation however mediation was not possible as they do not have the requested paperwork . Do I have have to attend the court and will they know from my defence they Cabot financial have not gor the requested paperwork many thanks

    Not attending court is generally unwise. You want to make sure that all your points are fully got across to the judge.
