Thanks for your response. I looked at the link you shared already and it does not specify the fee amount for Application to get relief from sanctions.

I did call the enquiries line to pay the fee. The person on the call had no clue of what relief from Sanctions application is. So I posted here.

Once again thanks for your advise.

Civil court fees are detailed in form EX50:https://www.gov.uk/government/public...ourt-fees-ex50

You may do well to download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person - link in my signature.

Thank for your swift reply. Actually I looked at the EX50 and found the amount which is £275. I did edit my previous post but for some reason it was not updated.

When I call the enqueries line to pay the fee what am I supposed to te them? Please

          thanks

              https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/pr...t05/pd_part05b

              Read paragraph 2.3, it says:

(ii) outline the preferred method of payment (credit or debit card) and provide the court with a contact number to take payment over the telephone.

Sometimes it is easier to say you will call the following day to make a payment over the phone as you might not expect a call from the court for a few days or longer depending on how busy they are. You should still give a contactable number anyway just in case.
If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
