Hi could someone help me please
I have a account with money barn everything was running smoothly until i
went on the sick due to a serious back problem.I have now fallen behind on 2 payments,I have e mailed on several occasions and I w called them several times to,each time they say they will ring me back but they don’t.Or they send a email 3 weeks later claiming they will get back to me which they don’t.
So today I called them as I hadn’t received any contact off them,to be told my account has gone to the recovery section.and on the 6/2/24 they are coming for the car,I have paid over a third off it but they have suspended procession order on the car from them taking me yo
court last year.Can they take my car ?what can I do please?
