    Hi there, I've just joined the site but I've been in the battle for a few years now.
    I'm not sure if I should be posting on the LloydsTSB thread or the Hardship thread?

    I've got an outstanding claim against Lloyds, Im a student, low income, struggling to meet payments on my loan with Llyods (I only had to take it because they never refunded my charges when I first asked before the test case) and I live in Scotland (so it's Scot's law) any help would be greatly apreciated.

        hi there have u spoken to the financiaql difficulties unit at lloyds they may be able to give you a solution to your problem. reduced payments with a low interest of approx 2%. providing you have some income hope this helps. ex member of staff who was sacked last month lol

          Munch>> the FDU you say? Cheers, I was supposed to get passed onto the Customer Support Unit, never happened. The phone number on the last piece of correspondence from them, about my complaint, is no longer in use. But I'll be phoning the Customer Service Recovery Centre tomorrow, so I'll investigate this FDU option. Sorry to hear about your job, were you being too helpfull to customers, if so I salute you.
