As advised on signing up, I've come here to say hi and ask for direction on the best place to post my questions. In summary I would like to clarify some areas of the law in connection with some old unsecured loans which have been sold on multiple times. I have tried to familiarise myself with the legislation and protocols around the whole subject and now am at the stage where I would like to check my understanding of the law and confirm that what I am proposing is the right way to go.
