Council refuse to entertain complaint about social worker

Please can someone help ? I have put in a formal complaint about asocial workers behaviour towards my aunt but after 6 months the council have now written to me to say they cannot allow me to put in a formal complaint as now the issue is being investigated. This has nothing to do with my complaint. The social worker was trying to get my aunt to agree to go into a home which she clearly doesn’t need to nor wants to. I was very annoyed to find my aunt distressed about this and the social worker would continually turn up at her home without an appointment even though she has carers. She even turned up while my aunt was waiting for an ambulance to collect her and take her into hospital for surgery. Instead of leaving the social worker bonbarded my aunt with questions. She could see she was with her friend and was very distraught about going into hospital for the first time in her life but instead of leaving she continued to pester my aunt and only left when the ambulance arrived. I complained but the council are refusing to investigate this at present. I have requested FOI and SARS and they continue to delay it. I email them copy g in other officials but they delete all the other recipients when replying to me and are adamant we meet before I get the FOI and SARS reports. I have refused until I get this info. I feel they are covering things up. I think the social worker originally wrote out her report and lied about something which they don’t want us to see. Other things have since come to light , they said my aunt had lit her wood burner which we know she couldn’t have possibly done as we have secured it shut. She has central heating and no need for a wood burner and we wanted to make sure she is safe. The social workers are totally stressing me out with their continual lies. We have hidden cameras so we know exactly what goes on. What can I do ?

Raise the matter with your local elected counciler

I’ve tried that and not one of them has replied. They are useless and his local MP is Matt Hancock and he never responds to anything now as he will not be standing in next election.
