Do you own your property jointly or in your sole name?

    As previously asked:
Sorry I am not entirely sure what to do with this.
what, if anything, can I do due to nobody chasing me for ages for this debt?
The debt is for around £1800, I’m guessing that it was probably bought for a lot less, would an offer to clear it wipe it out in full and have the charging order removed?

please answer the questions. The information you give will assist in giving you appropriate advice.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

I have read the post, but still have questions, does the debt need to be paid in full?
If there is an agreed deal should that be shown a settled on my credit file?
What needs to be done to get the form K removed?

If you want to remove the restriction, other than as stated in post 13, you will have to agree a sum and pay it.
