    About what?

Letters to HMRC can cover such a wide range of subjects we don't have any general template letters but if you want help with anything specific post on here what the issue is and someone may be able to help.

      Hello Pallasathena

      Thank you

I was stressed as I was sent a text by a debt agency today.

I have been in touch with an hmrc advisor. My query was regarding appealing against late filing charges. The PAYE system had been set as monthly automatically for my company when I had requested yearly. I don't earn enough to pay myself monthly.so I was being charged without me being aware. I wasn't aware you have to set yourself up to access filing things such as tax, paye - all separately. I have set up now but you have to wait to get an authorisation code by post which will take time. Big learning curve. Anyway I have managed to pen a letter to send out tomorrow by recorded delivery.
I really don't want to engage with debt agency. I hear they can be nasty and intimidating.

Hopefully it will be sorted and I won't have to seek further advice.
