  • Letter from debt collection agency

Hi I received a letter from a company in Germany called Themys & Dyke today saying I owe them for a dating website for 517.19. I have never seen or heard of the website and I am worried someone may of open this in my name. The letter say's they will start recovery procedures if this is not paid. There is no date to which it has been paid by. Should I just ignore this as I am also worried the letter is a scam.

There are numerous previous threads about these questionable people. Read them to see others' experiences: https://legalbeagles.info/forums/sea...hemys+%26+Dyke
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
