Hello, I’ve received a claim form from Gladstones solicitors regarding a PCN incurred on 11/01/23 saying that I breached the terms of parking stipulated on signage. I can’t find the original PCN so I can’t remember how long I was parked there for but the signage stipulates that you must enter the betting shop and enter your vehicle details into the system within 10 minutes, I believe I may have been parked there for longer than 10 minutes without entering my vehicle details. Is this worth fighting as technically I have breached their terms. I’ve made an acknowledgement of service so now I need to decide if I should write up and send a defence. Any help massively appreciated
