Dual Writs of Control?

I am being pursued by the claimants in my case for two amounts equal to what they have been awarded under their original court order? They have doubled the amount and each seperate amount is acruing interest and costs from Marstons. Whilst this was an original claim by two people both claimants are issuing seperate instructions to Marstons under two seperate writs? Is this at all legal?
