Nineteen months ago I was contacted by Secret Commissions about a re mortgage I had taken out with Blemain Financial Ltd. The mortgage was paid off in July 2008 when I sold my flat. Apparently I was owed £36,000 and Blemain still had my paperwork. They were able to get £4,000 for my solicitor expenses and Nobel solicitors in London took on the case. In September last year I heard from the solicitors asking me questions and sent me a barristers letter about the case. I did not hear anything and in December last year spoke to the solicitor who I found really off putting. I then spoke to the solicitor in January this year and he said do I want carry on in a disgruntled way. I said yes and never heard from and in April found up and said to the receptionist please tell the solicitor I do not want to speak to him and would contact the Senior partner which I did not do so I have heard nothing.
