  • Directions Questionare Defendant

I’ve sent in my defence to a claim against me. it has been allocated to multi track. I’ve had a letter through the post from the court
    .
im unsure if this is to keep me in the loop or for my reference as it says the defendant has filled a defence a copy of which is enclosed.
, which has not been enclosed, what do I need to do

    Hi
Did you send a copy of your defence to the claimant when you filed it with the court?

CPR 15.6 states a copy of the defence must be served on every other party.
You have been sent a standard court form and as you are the defendant a copy of your defence has not been enclosed.
You should download form N181, complete it, file it with the court and send a copy to the claimant by the stated date.
