  • Expecting a parking fine in post

My name is Syed and I live in Bradford. I parked my car at foster square Bradford for Saturday shopping. I didn’t know the parking time limit. On my return I noticed a parking board displaying the maximum stay time for 3 hours. I believe that I parked half an hour more than allowed time. I’m afraid that I will get a fine in post. What can be done to challenge it?

your help will be much appreciated in advance.

    Kind Regards

You can do nothing to challenge a parking notice until you actually receive it and can check for errors.
So when it comes, post it up here.

In the meantime edit your post so that you do not identify the driver e.g the driver parked my car the driver didn't etc't ..on return the driver

Also note it is not a fine but an invoice for a parking charge. Only courts issue fines
