  • If a business (unknowingly) sells another business stolen goods...

If a business (unknowingly presumably) sells another business stolen goods and that business then has to give those goods to the police or return them to the rightful owner does that business have the rights to sue the busineess who sold them to them? Presumably this right to seek recompense could not be excluded in T&Cs of sales? Any advice appreciated! Thanks
