    Hi BLUETED

    Welcome to LB

When was the last payment made? Was it in the last 6 years?

When was the last correspondence in writing admitting the debt? Was it in the last 6 years?

Hi the only time I had littlewoods was over 15yrs ago,I went to citizens advice around 6 yrs ago and they sorted all my debts out this debt never came up because I've never heard from them I thought it was forgot about,so I'm debt free now until the letter last week regarding this then yesterday capquest sent a text to my sons phone, the phones in my name but he's only had it over a year ,.
