Received a demand letter from capquest for a debt that I cannot remember as it will be over 20 years ago and now another letter from resolvecall threatening a home visit. I had a statute barred letter sent to all my creditors around 2012 as those debts were over 10 years. How to I respond to the demand ?.

Try not to worry.

Amend and send the following letter, make sure you get Proof of Postage.

Also print out the letter, put it in an envelope, hand it to anyone that 'dares' to visit.
