Rent fraud - possible benefits fraud

Hi all,
I'm looking for some advice concerning rent fraud (myself being the victim) and possible related benefits fraud in Scotland. I'm utterly lost on this point so any advice would be most welcome.

I think others will need more info to help - what kind of fraud? How are benefits involved?
