My daughter has been issued with a fine of £3500 and court fees of £395 for not paying parking fines issued by this company. Where does she stand with this. She was sent a link to join the hearing but it didn’t work.

Excel Parking is a private parking company so can't issue fines and your daughter hasn't been prosecuted. She has been sued for breach of contract in a civil court.
She's left it a bit late come here for advice but someone may be able to advise if she has any options other than to pay. I assume this was in a Scottish court. I'm not familiar with Scottish court procedure but hopefully someone here wil be able to help.
Before anyone can help you need to post a full timeline of events and in particular when the court case took place.
All opinions expressed are based on my personal experience. I am not a lawyer and do not hold any legal qualifications.

You give the impression that your daughter is said not to have paid for parking on a number of occasions.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
