Validity of burden on Title Deed

Hi, we are one week away from signing the missives and on inspecting the title deeds yesterday, we were totally shocked to see that only one dog is allowed to be kept on the property. We currently have two small dogs. This has never cropped in any houses we have bought previously and we may need to pull out of purchase and sale with two weeks to go to moving day. Can someone please advise? Thank you

No it's a terraced house . Lawyer sent deeds yesterday to us in advance of signing missives next week.
