  • Ccj ( to be set aside)

Hi I need some advice a few years ago lowell obtained a ccj against me for a provident personal credit account which just spiralled out of control.
When provident went into administration I submitted a un affordability claim against them which I won after many months of getting lowell to accept this as provident hadn’t yet informed them I was told the debt would be written off and the ccj against me would be set aside within a few months,
when this didn’t happen I again contacted lowell and asked for a copy of the set aside agreement again when they eventually replied after a few months of badgering them I was told In relation to receiving the Set Aside request, this is something we are unable to provide to you as it is included within a bulk Set Aside application.
This is now getting too the yearly mark and I have heard nothing regarding its removal and the ccj is still present on my credit report how long does this process take?
As all I hear from Lowell is they have no control over the court time scale.
