  • Guttering issue

    Looking for some advice we live in a row of terraced house 3 in total we are the end at the bottom on a hill the guttering for 3 drain in to ours and down our fall pipe the mid terrace joint on front and back to ours is leaking so bad that it overflows all down the front and back house it's so bad it's like a river causing damp and water staining in ours we have tried to talk to him but all we get is his carer he has 24 hour care due to been totally paralysed they understand very little english were do we stand regarding repairs I will point out had new gutter a few years ago and he had his repaired not long after but they didn't joint it correctly as it was a cowboy job on his were do we stand

    Well he is not going to repair it? Maybe you can repair it and then ask if he will contribute to the cost I have a feeling you may be hitting a brick wall here ,but good luck
