  • SME business with a Local Council contract breech

    Hi,
I run a small business and entered into a call-off contract with a local council authority for IT services. The Local council breached the underlying framework contract and cancelled the contract unilaterally .
I have a report of any internal investigation which upheld my case but I am looking for a small law firm which can raise a lawsuit against the local council for violation of the single supplier framework agreement.
As our company has limited resources , I was wondering if anyone can reference me to a solicitor firm with a fixed cost to file a lawsuit.
Evidence will be provided in detail by me.

    regards
    Draw

Contact law firms in your area or your local area law society, and ask them.
