  • Is it discrimination?

    Hi everyone,

    I work for a big employer. I came back from maternity leave, no manager. My pay was 10 days late and the wrong amount for two months, as two months pay was in one month. Do I take out a grievance?, is it discrimination against me coming back from maternity? Do I go to lawyer? New manager so far is not useful. Many thanks

    Sounds like incompetence not discrimination.

    I'm not clear where you are now regarding pay. Are you now paid up to date with all the salary owing to you, even if it was late?
