I work for a big employer. I came back from maternity leave, no manager. My pay was 10 days late and the wrong amount for two months, as two months pay was in one month. Do I take out a grievance?, is it discrimination against me coming back from maternity? Do I go to lawyer? New manager so far is not useful. Many thanks
