    How can a Judge at an employment tribunal make a decision re. Sexual harrassment with hearsay, no concrete evidence and only one party attending?

    I am sorry but with the limited information on your post it is very difficult to provide any comment. I presume that you have lost a claim for sexual harassment against an employer but that is about all I can determine.

      One obvious answer to the OP's question is that the tribunal may have determined that the applicant has not discharged the burden of proof.

      Is that what happened?
