    Hi

Are you the claimant in this case and does the order say anything else?

If the claim has been allocated to the small claims track, normally the standard language for an order like that would say that if the claimant is represented, the claimant produces the bundle or if the defendant is represented then they have to produce the bundle, otherwise the court will produce a bundle if neither are represented.

      Thanks Rob for response.
I’m the Defendant and neither of us are represented. The claim was started as a Money claim on line but I issued a counterclaim and it was allocated to Small Claims track.
      The Order started off with
      1) instructions re exchange of witness statements and documents, then
      2) complying with instructions,
      3) details of FINAL HEARING
      4) importance of obeying all directions contained in this order.
      5) Claimant to prepare a .pdf bundle and send it to Court and other party 3 days before hearing date and
6)rights to have order set aside, varied or stayed.

the claimant sent me the .pdf bundle today ( Hearing is on Friday ) and it was just his witness statements and some evidence to support statements. .

so what do you think ... what should I do?

You should prepare a set of your documents. Chronological/date order usually works well.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
