  • CCJ/directions questionnaire (small claims track)

Please can someone advise .I received a notice of an intended CCJ through NCBC from Cabot financial and Mortimer Clarke solicitors I acknowledged the claim and asked for cca request and cpr 31.14 .Mortimer Clarke solicitors replied stating they did not have either however they had requested them from Cabot financial and the claim would be put on hold . I sent my defence to the court who acknowledged and sent a copy to Cabot financial . I have now received a directions questionnaire from Mortimer Clarke solicitors filled in by them I am guessing this is what they have sent to court for themselves .Stating that agree to the case being refferedvto small claims mediation service and they deem the case suitable for small claims track etc . I have received nothing from the court do I still need to defend the or are they using scare tactics the original debt was with likely loans(oakbrook finance it was entered into on the 4 /8 /2017 the agreement was terminated on the 1 /4/ 2019 . The letter says we are instructed to proceed with this matter at this time please find enclosed our Clients directions questionnaire by way of service upon you a copy has been filed with the court .Any advice would be greatly received thank you
