    My parents keep me at home or on the streets

    I am wondering if it is ever possible to sue your family for throwing your life away. Like, let's say they're rich but they tell you they don't want to pay for anything or let you finish college. They blame you for everything and give you PTSD from abuse and tell you your only choice is living at home with them with no car or money or privileges with PTSD/depression from years of abuse from them, or being homeless.
