  • Unclear images on PCN

Hello. I have received a PCN. It states on it's T&C's 'Payment not made in accordance with notified terms'. There are two images of our vehicle on entry and exit captured on ANPR. The EXIT image is very blurry and unclear. Would this be enough to appeal the fine to current law?

    Thanks in advance!

There won't be T&Cs per se on the Notice, as it is not a contract.
There may be instructions for things like payment, appeals, deadlines etc.
All that is required (re the alleged contravention times) to comply with legislation for a notice to driver &/or a notice to keeper is to specify a period of parking.
There is no actual requirement to show any photos at all on the notice, although many private parking companies do so.
If you post up redacted copies of what has been issued (front & rear where applicable, leaving all times & dates visible), we may be able to give further assistance.
Legible photos of site signage would also help.
