  • marston recoveryHi all,

    Hi all,
I hope you can help me with this dispute.
Merseyflow, Halton Borough Council have sent an ongoing 'depute' to Marston recovery! The letter says, Notice Of Enforcement! This debt is actually in dispute as the vehicle registration number is definitely on the account with Merseyflow and was registered straight away. Well before the first PN was received. I made Merseflow aware and they said it will be ok? I know the registration of this vehicle is 'unusual', shall we say? However, it is a UK registered vehicle along with all other vehicles I own! I am a small removal company, 8 vehicles and ALL are registered with Merseyflow! Personally, I think the registration has been an admin error on behalf of Merseyflow! I have proof that all vehicles are registered with Merseyflow from my account with them! However, marston are saying that- A warrant has been issued by 'Northampton County Court' for an unpaid PC Date of offence. Then the amount due? It then says, Compliance, The stage you are at now is 'when we send you this enforcement'? You MUST pay the ammount due by 23.59 on 12/05/23! This was the day the letter was received! The letter then goes on to say, 'If you don't pay, at the date and time below' an enforcement agent will visit you and 'may'take your belongings 'into control'. Your belongings may then be sold to pay what you owe!
I do know from reading all on here and there is so much great advice from all mods and that advice so far, makes me think it's an 'open threat' from marston?

    Look forward to any advice.

    Thank you all
    T&W
