Hi was looking for some advice if anyone had been in a similar experience. I got a letter through the post saying I owed Euro car parks £1,200 for a parking charge. it had gone to court in Liverpool the fine was from 2018. I rang the company who said I could not pay the charge because it had gone to bailiffs. Bailiffs turned up and it had gone to £2064 ( including their costs). Spoke to Northampton who couldn’t explain why it was so high or lack of any letters through the post. I have applied for N244 to go back to my local court to get the writ removed and an understanding of the figure. Has anyone been in a similar situation or can give me any advice? Thank you
