My car was clamp by bailiffs working on behalf of waltham forest council although the said car was on finance, is this legal for them to do so ?
And do i have any legal mandate to appeal ?

Why did they do this? Did they know the car is financed?

I have no idea if they do or they don't or if due dilligence wasn't done .
Don't know if i can take them on ,though was compelled to go into a payment arrangement with them since i was getting late to work as well as my misses.
An advice will be greatly helpful here. They charging me £500.00 at this unfortunate economic climate.

Do you owe the money? Had you ignored the demands or is it a mistake?

You have still not answered why the car was clamped.

I did not deliberately ignored the demand, have had a lot going on in my life from the begining of the year and it might had been an oversight on my part.
