Hi,
Is there a way to argue against a clause in a sales contract that limits your right to rely on a document provided by the seller, with the contract and is also publicly available?
I've been looking at a way to apply the unfair contract terms under the consumer rights act?
It's for an initial complaint letter so looking for any potential ways that it could be hinted at being unfair.
