He's referring to the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman (PHSO).

If their details are not in Claire's email of 22 February, this is about making a complaint to them: Making a complaint | Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO)

Will his suggestion to contact the CAMHS eating disorder service help, or are they part of the problem? (I thought he was now an adult? Is Nick Broughton saying CAMHS will see him anyway?)

    Good luck...

Thank you so much for sending the link, it does seem that is my only route. I had contacted Adult services as GP kindly referred to them since my son is an adult now, I was then transferred to CAMHS eating disorder team. CAMHS confirmed the case is still open with them and that a call back will be arranged, they never do though, I am always chasing myself, been a week now.
