The Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2008

Can anyone advise how I report a Ltd company, for failing to provide any/all content under The Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2008

The .gov website is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard, and has no direct route and or correlation to reporting for failures under this regulation.

SI 495 of 2008 has been revoked.
