  • County court appeal deline

Hi, I attended a civil court where a set aside motion was agreed to but have been declined an appeal for a civil matter and monies a 3rd party is wanting to charge me for applying for a possesion order but still want to dispute these charges. The Judge did not order me to pay these charges by a set date and gave no further instruction on this so elft the court wondering what the next steps would be?

Wait to see the written record of the court decision.

I have now received a letter from the court just confirming what happened on the day of my hearing and confirming that my appeal was declined but still have no clear instruction as to whether I need to pay the court fees my 3rd party was requesting as the court have not provided any payment details for themselves on the letter. I called the court and asked what further information they would be sending me but they advised they had nothing else to send out to me?

Further to this have now received notice of application for attachment of earnings order, have have nothing else from the court other than confirmation of my hearing confirmed in writing and now this? The letter is saying as I have not paid the original £355 I was requested to pay I wnow have to pay a late fee too of £119.00! I am be asked to pay £474.00, does anyone know if the late fee is enforceable? Looks like I have no option but to pay the £355 though even though I still dispute the cost 100%, please help.
