  • Help Completing a N181

Hi All, i am new to this site and need help !, i am a small business , just me and i have a large debt which i am trying to recover via a fast track court case, i cannot afford legal advise has the debt has wiped out all spare cash in the business. I am at the stage in the court case where i have to complete a N181 form and its asking me for a draft of the order of directions which i have to send with the document, what are orders of directions ? any help on completing this form would be amazing.

    Hi S.J.T

    Welcome to LB

It might be an idea to give a brief summary of the case.

    This is a helpful guide - https://helix-law.co.uk/how-to-fill-...questionnaire/

I'm not versed with 'Fast Track', other members here will be.

A Handbook for Litigants in Person - Courts and Tribunals Judiciary:

      https://www.judiciary.uk/guidance-an...-civil-221013/

Also, read CPR Part 28 and Practice Direction 28, specifically on the question of directions.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
