  • packing Ticket , debt collector in my paid apartment

I moved in to a flat in January with allocated parking .
i paid in full including for the parking as it stated in the tenant agreement
after few days of moving in i got a parking ticket in my allocated slot , i then rang the agency , who said they will take of it and that i will require a parking permit . they later applied for the parking , while waiting for the permit , i got another ticket . i appealed it but was reject , i did not go through popla because i was hoping the estate will handle it . up till today , i still keep getting letters and now my information has been passed to a debt collect and they are threatening legal action .
how can i handle this as soon as possible

Were there any other terms in respect of your being able to park in the space?
