You have received DCBLegal@s template reply to any response challenging their LOC, so you can either ignore or waste your time & money telling them to reread your letter and then to make an appropriate response.

Was your previous outing with ParkingEye won over the addition of "charges"?

No need to send CPR31.14 or SAR letters until the claim is issued.

Thank you for your response Des8.
My previous outing with Parkingeye was to the tune of £100 at the LBC Then rose to £185 (£50 solicitors costs and £35 court fee) when they put the claim in with the court. N180 I think. She yes they had included the charges.
I assumed the reply was a generic response demanding monies for the area of land that is not your typical “carpark”
I’ll wait for the claim to arrive.
My communications have been through email so far. Of which are printed and documented. Would it be more appropriate to send letters instead ?
just to I understand correctly. Have DCB legal “bought” the debt or are they still servicing Parkingeye?
it’s been over 3 years since the LOC from Parkingeye after which they passed the debt onto DCBL debt collectors.

As you have started using emails to correspond with DCB Legal you might as well continue but suggest you obtain a delivery receipt or read receipt. Otherwise use first class post with a free certificate of posting from post office

        DCB Legal don't buy debts
They are solicitors acting for their client, PE

Sometimes it is nearly 6 years after the event before parking companies instruct solicitors

          Good afternoon Des8
I have now received claim form from civil national business centre.
last time around I used the money claim.gov route but other than writing defence there was no way of sending photos statements or documents.
this time around would you agree in sending my whole defence pack to the business centre Northampton and to DCB Legal in Runcorn by recorded delivery?
would you please advise on my best plan of action.
          thank you in advance
          Andy
