That's done already, the messages came through as her email so it wasn't blocked

Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read the Judiciary's handbook for litigants in person: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf

That sounds like a tricky situation, but don't panic just yet. It's good that you haven't contacted her since the harassment warning, and it seems like this missed call was just a coincidence.

If you're really worried, you could try reaching out to the authorities who issued the harassment warning and let them know what happened. They may be able to give you some guidance on what to do next.

In the meantime, just make sure you're not making any attempts to contact this person and keep all communication channels closed. It's always better to be safe than sorry, but try not to stress too much about it until you have more information.

          Thanks a lot,

I did call the police and mentioned the situation and what happened and they basically agreed more or less that I haven’t done anything wrong but of course can’t say as a guarantee.

I feel like if the police ask why I didn’t block her number initially or if they ask why I deleted her number then the answer is clear, I wanted no trace of this persons number on my phone because ultimately I may have contacted them again and got myself into trouble as even when blocking a number, it’s still in your blocked list.

I don’t really think it’s a mistake, the person is crazy to say the least and done some bad stuff to me, so I’m almost certain that she is attempting to get me in trouble which really does not look good on her part when she is texting saying who is this in messages, knowing full well who it is.

either way, she is blocked so let’s hope nothing comes of it.
