  • MCOL - A bar was placed but claim fully paid? what does this mean?

Hello, I need a bit of help with something.

I recently started a claim against this company and this is the sum up of the whole claim at the moment. I've not received a letter or anything yet, I've had no contact from the company themselves in this instance. What can I expect going forward?

-You submitted a claim on 31/12/2022 at 14:30:55

-Your claim was issued on 03/01/2023

-You submitted a judgment against S****s on 24/01/2023 at 11:12:59

Your judgment against S*****s was issued on 25/01/2023 at 19:07:53

-You submitted warrant 0*****3 against S*****s on 16/02/2023 at 14:26:10

-Your warrant 0*****3 against S*****s was issued on 17/02/2023 at 19:08:36

-The final return (result) for your warrant 0*******3 against S*****s was received on 23/02/2023

-A bar was put in place for S*****s on 23/02/2023

-Your notification that the claim was fully paid on 23/02/2023 for S******s was accepted on 23/02/2023 at 15:09:00

pharmchick2 you are more likely to get a response if you start your own thread, rather than tag onto one that is well over a year old.

If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do not provide advice by PM although I may on occasion ask you to send me documents this way but any related advice will be provided back on your thread.

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.
