  • Sub contracting in Germany with EU workers

Hi there.... I've just joined and really looking for some advice. I've just started working for a sub contracting company based in the UK. They want me to find out about setting up a new branch in Germany so we can employ workers from the EU and put them on the German payroll. What it would cost the employer to do this and how we would go about setting it up. Any help or advice would be gratefully received as I'm new to this. Also need the same kind of information for France.

You may need to seek advice from a source in Germany.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
