Council contractor data breach??
I contacted the council contractor for a private quotation simply to see the difference in price of what the adaptations would cost and the possible layouts of the kitchen. I did this mainly to use as little funding of the council funds possible because money is their priority.
adaptations are for needs not wants, but budget comes before needs when dealing with council work.
MY PROBLEM is my email has been given to the council without my permission, does this breach confidential and gdpr??
