    Old papers held by previous accountant

    Advice sought - how can I get back old paperwork covering many years from previous accountant who blanks me?

    Complain to his institute.

    Or sue for delivery up of your papers.

      Thanks for reply - he used to have FCA after his name,then dropped it; and one local solicitor I approached wouldn't touch it!!

          Fair enough,thank you - will cast net wider,most solicitors around here only interested in wills or conveyancing
