  • Notice of Forfeiture Peaceful Entry

Does anyone have a sample template that I could use for a Notice of Forfeiture Peaceful Entry . My commercial tenants have not paid rent for over 6 months and are refusing to return my property back to me

Well they have the lease, but have cleared the shop and not trading. I have issued them with a letter before action notice demanding payment of arrears and insurance
