    Local Council Enforcement Notice

    Today, 16:40:PM
I was issued an enforcement notice by my local council concerning my land ,the enforcement notice red line area extends into much of my neighbours properties on either side of me.
My neighbours have not been informed by the council that the enforcement notice covers their land and they have not received any paperwork at all.
    is this enforcement notice enforceable
Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

          Hi Ukmicky
It is 3 plots of unregistered land being occupied under adverse possession.
Each plot is divided by high natural hedges and all have private land signs up
Each plot has a boat moored to it.

Before the EN was issued, a form/ letter was left at each plot.
the replies to the council expressly identified each occupant and plot of land.
An EN was only issued to me not to my neighbours as they are leisure moorers

Makes sense - assume you are residential? That would be a change of use and is not allowed I guess. Unless you have done it for more than 10 years and can prove it. Also adverse posession is very difficult to achieve as I am sure you know. The answer is they can enforce of course. Whether they will is another matter. Have you spoken to your local councillor?

                  Thank you,
It's a fairly shoddy piece of land mapping

                      Hi folks,
I'm representing myself ie presenting my case in court without the assistance of a Solicitor or a Barrister.
I do qualify for legal aid, my question is, can I get Legal Aid so as to protect myself against the cost of the other side, even though I am representing myself?
Your help/advice would be very much appreciated.
