I was awarded money in a court order. It was to be paid in full by the 13th January but the defendant has only paid part of it on the 16th January. What should I do? Thank you in advance.

islandgirl thank you for your response. The defendant is only withholding £5.25. I do realise this is a comparatively small amount however he has still broken the court order. He has broken several court orders throughout this whole process.

CPR Parts 70 onwards set out the available methods of enforcement. You may find that you spend more in trying to collect than you are owed.Last edited by atticus; 17th January 2023, 10:52:AM.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. not quite. The OP has to pay the fees first. He may be entitled to be reimbursed, but that does not mean he will be paid, or paid in full.Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.
