  • Crime seems to pay.

    Hello to all readers.

My Farther retired in 1996 after working for 38yrs in the UK. I understand this will sound strange. I was speaking with my farther back in August and he showed me a small card that mentioned his State Pension, He has told me that he is not receiving his State Pension, I was in shock and still am as I continue to to find a solution.
I rang DWP they have told me his pension is being drawn, but cant tell me more than that.. As I probed deeper I have realised that the person who has access to his information is the same person who has been drawing his pension since 1996, he has assumed all this time that his retirement pension was the same as his state pension.

I have discovered that his Daughter has been behind this horrible Fraud, she has made up a web of lies to keep me from her home where my mother and farther are staying , as she knows I am aware that something strange is afoot. She is acting very strange and aggressive. There is so much more to this.

The Daughter I believe also knows he will probably not press charges when the facts are reviled.
I would say even though he may not press charges are there no charges to answer to. The Daughter my Sister would have received Tax benefits depending on her income so this Fraud is more closer to 300,000. The deceit is so wicked. He recently suffered a stroke and has been slowly recovering, he has become quite slow and is unable to remember his NI Number.

I don't think this is fair and is a very bad example, I would like her brought up on charges but this may not be possible without my Farther pressing charges.

My Farther had some Land stolen from him by his own Sister ,I was so upset, but some members of the Family said well if he is not bothered why should you be. Should i just leave this alone and allow this to pass into History. Please I will be able to rest in my mind if there is someone who is able to help.

Write to the DSS and explain the fraud that has been carried out, let them proceed with it, but make sure you fully explain all the circumstances and the progress you have made, unfortunately, be it family it happens trust me where money is concerned this occurs and they do not care.
