  • County Court business centre claim

Received a county court business centre claim form from DCB legal on behalf of UK Parking Control Ltd with regards to an unpaid parking fine from 2016 declaring that I agreed to pay within 28days but I have never responded, the reason for the fine was that I had left the free car park which I did before returning to one of the shops however I did not buy anything so there is no evidence, I was parked at the back of the car park which was relatively empty so could not see how they could claim on the grounds of potential loss of earnings, so my questions are what should I do and how should I respond? All help appreciated!

They are claiming due to me walking out of the car park, from what I read a couple of years ago that would be why they would claim
