    Do NCP have to issue a Parking Charge Notice within 14 days of the parking offence?

    If NCP wish to hold the keeper liable for the parking charge they have to comply with the provisions of Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 schedule 4, one of which is that the notice must be delivered to the keeper within 14 days of the incident.
    The full details around that requirement are within the Act
